Matt and I have been entrepreneurs for over 30yrs combined. We have been athletes our whole lives and felt like we had the ability, with our past and our desire, to bring a fresh new perspective to sports apparel. Because we have both been wrestlers, we naturally love to Battle, so BattleGear became the name of our brand and we have been grinding ever since, to grow organically so that we would always be in touch with our customers. Our BattleGear Family can reach us directly at any time as needed. We make our phone numbers available so that we can be reached by phone or text in addition to email. We are not intentionally open 24/7 but our clients are often amazed at our willingness to respond outside the normal work week.
As we always say, we are not perfect and don't claim to be, we make mistakes but judge us by how we handle our mistakes.
Do the uniforms run true to fit
Great question, since there are so many different fits. That being said yes we do our best to keep them true to fit or as much as possible. That being said, we do offer size charts and are very confident you have ordered online before and have a good understanding as to how to order online without actually trying something on
Do you offer team packages
Yes and the best part is you can have input as to what is in the package. We would love to discuss what your team needs are and how we can help create a unique team package!
Can we return custom items
Unfortunately, no, once an item(s) is made specifically for you and your team, it cannot be returned as there is no market for us to resale it. If you ask nicely we are always willing to help on the remake best we can. Another reason we often suggest not putting names on the uniforms, that way you can sale it to other team members, we see this quite often
